Protected material

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to the rights of reproduction, distribution and creation of derivative works, remain exclusively with the artist.

What you receive when you buy a work

By purchasing a physical product, the client acquires ownership of the material medium, but does not acquire any right to reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit the work.

Prohibited use

Any unauthorised reproduction, copying, distribution or modification of the works, of the limited editions or of the certificates that accompany them is strictly prohibited.

Artificial intelligence

The works are made without artificial intelligence. Their images may not be used to train generative models or for other forms of data mining without the artist's written consent. The reservation is also declared for robots, in ai.txt and in robots.txt.

The certificate of authenticity

Each work sold comes with a certificate of authenticity confirming that it is an original creation, executed, finished and signed by hand, personally by the artist. The certificate states the title of the work, the serial number, the place and year it was made, the medium and the technique.
