# Delivery & Returns

Each work has its own delivery terms, listed on the product page. The general rules are below.

## How to order

Add the work to the cart and send the order by WhatsApp or email. We confirm availability, the delivery cost and the payment details. The order becomes firm once we confirm it.

## Payment

Payment is made by bank transfer, after we confirm the order. For a return, the money goes back to the account it came from. Prices are in Romanian lei (RON).

## Delivery

-   **Prints on paper:** shipped in a PVC tube, anywhere in the world. Shipping is not included in the price.
-   **Works on canvas:** in Romania, free insured delivery within 5–7 working days. Internationally, the cost is calculated when the order is completed, and customs duties may be borne by the buyer.
-   **Bulky objects:** the shipping cost is calculated according to the delivery location, after the order is placed. Personal collection from Iași is available.

## Returns

You can return a product within 14 days, in its original packaging. The buyer bears the cost of the return, unless the product is damaged.

## Damaged product

If the work arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or a refund, at [grafodragos@gmail.com](mailto:grafodragos@gmail.com) or on +40 745 993 943.

## Certificate of authenticity

Works sold come with a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist. Details on the [Copyright](https://grafo.ro/en/legals/copyright.html) page.
